well actually 45 days is the extreme for what she did actually. But I think it would be a good lesson for her and for her "fans". I also heard there was a free Paris rally in NYC yesterday??? She isn't even in jail yet! Governor Arnold (can't spell his last name..and don't feel like looking it up) better not pardon her.

Well, she did violate her probation after all.
I feel bad for her that her publicist told her she was allowed to drive and she actually believed it. Somehow i find it hard to believe that she didn't know she wasn't allowed. Was she not paying attention in court that day???
Even so, i think i would have found out for certain if i was supposed to be driving and not took someone else's word for it.

I seriously believe that Jail is good for Paris Hilton. I also believe if you commit a crime you spend time in Jail. I also hear you BassEcho on Paris Hilton is a very bad influence fo young girls. Young girls of American Society. Yes BassEcho this is one of those excuse me while I barf moments. I also hope that Arnold Swartzanegger(Sorry if I spell it wrong) does not pardon her. She should go to Jail and stay there. Stay there like anyone else who commits a crime.

i guess i'm glad she didn't get the whole 45 days.
think the norm for probation violations here is 30 days. but didin't i see somewhere she is only going to serve like 22 days or something?
