Okay, I was finally able to listen at work, at first I though what a great beat it had... then I noticed that somthing was missing.. well more that one thing. As someone on Myspace put it... John? Nick? Roger? Where are they on this song? Don't get me wrong.. I'm not so set in my DD ways that I can't accept somthing different, I ALL good with change... this was just not right. I bet this is going to do great on the radio and in the clubs though. It does have a great danceing beat!

hmmm, interesting. I think this song is full of bass, drums and synth. Granted i'm not sure if the bass & drums are electronic or not, maybe both, but it doesn't matter as long as they can reproduce it live. And we KNOW they can. ;D I also let a couple friends hear both tracks, who are non Duranie, btw and they loved Night Runner, but not so much FD. To each his (and her) own I suppose. Night Runner just sounds fresh; in line with today's sound. It also makes me want to get up and dance. I love it and I think it would be huge if they went with this song as the lead single.

Nope, I agree.. to each their own. And while there is a bass line.. ect... it is mostly sythn. stuff.. .souds more like a drum machine than Roger. And the bass line is way to simple for John.... well I could go on but I won't! LOL And like I said, and you guys are mentioning, I'm sure LOTS of people are going to like it. And I'm sure it will do great on the radio.
