1. ELIGIBILITY. The Sweepstakes is open to people 18 years of age or older (as of the date of entry) residing in the 50 United States (excluding any jurisdiction where participation would be unlawful). Employees and immediate family members of employees of Magus Entertainment, Logitech Inc., its affiliates, and its subsidiaries are not eligible. A winner of a weekly prize is eligible for a Grand Prize. Eligibility to win concert tickets is limited to entrants whose zip code is approximately fifty miles from a city that Duran Duran is scheduled to perform, as listed below.
2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD. The Sweepstakes begins on May 1, 2008 and runs until May 31, 2008. The Sweepstakes Period is divided into the following weekly periods:

Each week of the Sweepstakes Period runs from 12:01am Pacific Time on the first day of that week stated above through 11:59pm Pacific Time on the last day of that week stated above.

When you register you will be entered into a drawing for that week for a Weekly Prize. In the event you reside approximately fifty miles from a city that Duran Duran is scheduled to perform, you will also be entered into a drawing for two (2) tickets to attend the concert at that venue.
4. SELECTION OF WINNERS/DRAWING.
Weekly Prizes. Six (6) Weekly Prize Winners will be randomly drawn from the eligible entries each week during the Sweepstakes Period. Each week, there will be four (4) CD/DVDs and two (2) Logitech products available to be won. Prizes will be randomly assigned to winners from the eligible prizes remaining for that week. Odds of winning in the drawings depend on the number of eligible entries received. Drawings will be held not later than Monday after the applicable week of the Sweepstakes Period. All Weekly Prize winners will be contacted via registered mail, phone or email by Tuesday of that week. Prizes for each drawing are limited one per household. Eligible entrants that do not win each week are carried over as eligible winners for the following week(s) until the end of the sweepstakes.
Concert Tickets. Two (2) Concert Ticket prize winners will be randomly drawn from the eligible entries each week during the Sweepstakes Period. Each Concert Ticket prize winner will receive two (2) tickets to the Duran Duran concert closest to winner’s residence. Random drawing will be selected based on the zip code of the entrant’s residence, which must be approximately fifty miles from one or more of the following cities in which Duran Duran is scheduled to perform:

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received from entrants in the eligible zip codes. Drawings will be held not later than Monday after the applicable week of the Sweepstakes Period. All Concert Ticket Winners will be contacted via phone or email by Tuesday of that week. Concert tickets are limited to one set per household. Concert Ticket Winners are responsible for travel to and from the performance venue. Logitech and Duran Duran will not be responsibility for failure of a winner to attend the concert due to his or her own reasons (such as delays or illness); and will not be responsible for injuries, theft, loss or damage, etc. incurred while traveling to or from the concert or while attending the concert; or winner’s inability to attend the concert due to schedule changes on the part of the concert promoter; or any other matters beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor.
Grand Prize. Three (3) separate Grand Prize Winners will be randomly drawn from the eligible entries at the end of the Sweepstakes Period. Grand Prizes will be randomly assigned to winners. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Drawing will be held on or about June 2, 2008. The Grand Prize winners will be contacted via registered mail, phone or email and posted on the Logitech Duran and Duran Sweepstakes 2008 website promptly after June 2, 2008. Grand Prize limited one per household.

All incidental expenses shall be the responsibility of the winners. No cash equivalent or alternative prize will be awarded; provided , however, that Logitech reserves the right to, without any prior notice and at any time, replace any or all prizes with similar products or the latest release of a product of the same category. Federal, state and local taxes are the responsibility of the winners. Prizes will be delivered to the winners. Return of any prize as undeliverable will result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of alternate winner. All prizes will be awarded.
6. BINDING EFFECT. By participating in this Sweepstakes you agree to be bound by these Official Rules. All federal, state and local laws apply.
7. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION. Logitech's decisions are final on all matters related to this Sweepstakes. Logitech and its service providers are not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, delayed or garbled registrations or entries, incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information, including but not limited to technical malfunctions, human or technical error, omission, interruption, dele ion, defect or failures of: any telephone or computer line or network, computer equipment, so are or any combination thereof. Only the fully completed online submission will be accepted as a valid registration or an entry. All entries submitted become property of Logitech. Logitech reserves the right, without prior notice, to terminate this Sweepstakes, in whole or in part, or modify this Sweepstakes in any way, and for any reason, including, without limitation, if Logitech determines, in its sole discretion, that fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Logitech's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes. Logitech reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the Sweepstakes process or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Logitech reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Logitech's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. By participating in this Sweepstakes, participant releases and agrees to hold harmless Logitech, its affiliates, dealers, subsidiaries, their service agencies and independent contractors, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents, including advertising and Sweepstakes agencies, from any and all liability with respect to acceptance, possession or use (or misuse), or failure to use any matters arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes or any prize.
8. PUBLICITY RELEASE. Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize shall constitute the winner's agreement that Logitech may use the name, address, voice, likeness and prize information of each winning participant for promotional purposes without further payment or consideration.

10. COPY OF RULES/LIST OF WINNERS. You may receive a copy of the Official Rule(s) or a list of winners by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Logitech and Duran Duran Sweepstakes 2008, 6505 Kaiser Drive, Fremont, California, 94555, USA prior to July 31, 2008. Please specify on the outer envelope whether you are requesting the Official Rules or a list of winners. Residents of Vermont may omit return postage.
11. DISPUTES. Participant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes , claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, other than the administration of the Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by a court having competent jurisdiction located in Alameda County, California, U.S.A.; (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys ' fees; and (c) under no circumstances will registrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and registrant hereby waives all rights to, claim punitive , incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of participant and Logitech in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, U.S.A., without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
