How do you create wallpapers or sigs by using your favorite pictures?Can anyone tell me how?I've always wanted to try it.

You *might* be able to do it in Illustrator, but you'd need a photo editing program to do manipulate photos...depending upon what you want to do...

Or if you're REALLY creative, there's always MSPaint. You'd be surprised at what you can actually do with it.

Microsoft products are the DEVIL! LOL!!!
I only recommend Adobe products -- for they are KING!!! :-)

I have a very user friendly program called PhotoImpact....after I lost it off of my old computer I was able to download it from Limewire.

Microsoft products are the DEVIL! LOL!!! I only recommend Adobe products -- for they are KING!!! :-) Yeah, I'm personally not a huge fan of microsoft products, either. That's why I run a Mac with photoshop AND illustrator. But, for most people who have the basic package and don't want to spend the $$$, paint is a surprisingly good way to go.
