Music news blurbs from bbc.uk :
13 May - Depeche Mode were forced to cancel a gig in Athens yesterday, disappointing 20,000 fans, after lead singer David Gahan fell ill.
The 47 year-old frontman was taken to hospital with suspected gastroenteritis.
Gahan is expected to return to the tour soon.
His spokesman apologised on the musician’s behalf, and said: "I am very sorry there is nothing we can do - he is genuinely ill. He asked me to pass on my apologies to you all."

13 May - Ticketmaster's profits have fallen by 78% in the first quarter of this year, and it's partly down to a drop in ticket sales.
The news comes as they prepare to merge with live music giant Live Nation.
They sold 8% less tickets, reflecting the end of a deal to handle admissions for events put on by Live Nation.
Other losses were put down to foreign exchange volatility and the cost of setting up that controversial merger.
The deal has had approval from Ticketmaster’s lenders, but the case is still being examined by the US Department Of Justice, over claims it could stifle competition.
