Life in Tokyo Question for Nick I think, just been listening to Japan and the 12" for Life in Tokyo has the same drum machine pattern running through it as does the 12" of Girls on Film (also used in the live version of "girls") was wondering was this in kind of homage to Japan or just a coincidence having used the same machine?
”Haven’t heard that one for a long time, but certainly remember is being a great Giorgio Moroder production. I cannot imagine the Drum Loops being the same in that “Girls on Film” was taken from a very cheap 1970s rhythm unit, normally used as an accompaniment to an Organist. NR”

I liked the song "Girls On Film." It is among my favorite songs that I like by Duran Duran.
