DURAN DURAN heart-throb JOHN TAYLOR is determined to keep his classic good looks intact to "reward" his legions of fans.

The HUNGRY LIKE THE WOLF hitmaker quit his days of debauchery in the 1980s when he realised his face was his fortune.

Taylor, 45, maintains the opinion his admirers gave him the lifestyle he now enjoys, so he pays them back by looking fabulous.

He says, "There's no secret. I just stopped doing all the horrible stuff years ago, and made a conscious decision to shape up.

"I don't think our audience would be interested if we came back looking bad.

"It's like, you rewarded me with these record sales, so I'm going to reward you by looking my best.

"I don't think there's anything pompous about saying that."
