April 7th, 2008
Hi Katy, I went to the Duran Duran concert held in Melbourne (Australia) last night (April 3) and it was absolutely terrific. Fabulous to have the boys back in Oz after all these years.
While we were waiting for DD to come on stage, there was music playing in the theatre. It wasn’t DD music, but rather an assortment of songs. Some of it was really good and there’s one song in particular that I really liked, but I have no idea what the song is called or who the artist it. I rang the theatre where the concert was held to find out what songs were played, and they told me I should contact DD’s sound engineer.
Can you help me with this? The song was played between 7.30pm and 8.00pm, but before Little Richard’s “Lucille”. I know this sounds like a strange request, but I have no other way to find out. Whatever help you can provide would be greatly appreciated Regards, Lorraine
“For what it’s worth, I love putting these playlists together. This year we have an i-pod out front and these are the songs currently on the playlist. The bad news is that it’s on ’shuffle’ mode, so the song you’re looking for could be any one of these! Still, it does
narrow things down somewhat for you.. Enjoy! JT”
